We’re Gus Goad and Jonny Whetstone — East Anglia–based duo and original members of the UK 80s band The Look. Best known for the Top 10 hit “I Am The Beat,” we’ve since evolved into a two-piece outfit blending sharp songwriting, indie rock edge, and a touch of British grit.
Latest Release: "You Don't Own Me"
Our new single is a melodic protest song with swagger. Written by Jonny, produced by Gus — it’s our first release in a new chapter of original music.
